Getting Desperate...any tips any one....Please

I am logging my food, working within the guide lines, and the results....well I seem to be going up
Instead of down. I am so frustrated I donít even know how to put it in words...I keep telling myself
Donít quit...but itís getting tougher every day.

    Make sure to measure or weigh everything so that your portions aren't off. Don't give up!! You can get through it and you will be so glad you did.

    YES, it can be frustrating but I remind myself I'm in this to live healthier. I started out losing 2 lbs. every week Woo hoo! Then came vacation in Oct., Thanksgiving, Christmas, cold weather, allergies.....well, I am finally getting back on track after gaining back a few pounds. Almost gave up but decided to hang in and do a little more each day. So I track my food and fitness daily while bike riding 3 x's a week and I am starting to follow some of the exercise videos in SP. I am limited by arthritis and being out of shape but I do what I can.
The most important....drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. I have a 32 oz. cup, I find if I keep it nearby I'll drink it, and have noticed I lose weight if I drink the water. It's easier in warmer weather, I didn't drink 8 glasses daily in winter and have been stuck on the scales. Sometimes I think we get stuck but rather than give up just try to do better tomorrow. Pat

    Been there...so frustrating. Are you getting enough rest Honey? Be gentle with yourself. You are not a fixer-up project. The trick is to be happy while you're struggling...LOL...yes it's possible. I use a gratitude list. Let the people in your life surround you with support & love. If they don't, find new people!!! seriously. '

Try new things, learn stuff, have fun.
