Here i am at 156, 6 more pounds to my goal weight, it seems like it is so unreachable, close but not close.

April will up the workouts, up the eating better plan

Trainer has put me on a cleasne / diet to get rid of yeast in my body that is slowing the weight loss.

so many things i cannot eat / drink for 10 days, i hope i survive.

here is to reach 153 by April 30

goals
1. do the Sun Run for the first time on April 15, it is 10 km but have a feeling i will only be able to jog 7k and walk the rest. I want to see what it is all about , 20,000 people annually

2. April 21st, another 10k Run for the Nations, wil see how my time is for that

3. Personal Training 4 x this month

4. Cleanse/Diet Plan for 10 Days with Trainer

5. Be at 153 by end of April

    I just talked to a neighbor about the yeast cleansing. Never heard of it before. Good Luck with everything. I know you can do it!!

    You have such deterination that if those 6 pounds don't go they will run a way with fright.
You have come so far and you always read that people have trouble with the last couple of pounds. Have faith and relax your mind a bit more to take pressure off those pounds holding on for dear life.

    I have never heard of the yeast cleansing thing. I'll have to check it out! When you think about it, six pounds really isn't that much to lose! Just think about where you started! Good luck with your Sun Run! I know you will do fabulous!!! emoticon
