Here i am at 156, 6 more pounds to my goal weight, it seems like it is so unreachable, close but not close.
April will up the workouts, up the eating better plan
Trainer has put me on a cleasne / diet to get rid of yeast in my body that is slowing the weight loss.
so many things i cannot eat / drink for 10 days, i hope i survive.
here is to reach 153 by April 30
1. do the Sun Run for the first time on April 15, it is 10 km but have a feeling i will only be able to jog 7k and walk the rest. I want to see what it is all about , 20,000 people annually
2. April 21st, another 10k Run for the Nations, wil see how my time is for that
3. Personal Training 4 x this month
4. Cleanse/Diet Plan for 10 Days with Trainer
5. Be at 153 by end of April
