By the C25K program today.
I got up this morning and my gluts were absolutely screaming. Oh my they hurt.
I am so tired today.
But did that stop my workout?
I did it. I walked, I ran, I told myself I couldn't possibly do another minute and then I did it.
Which is why I love doing this, it shows that I can do it.
I can stay in my calorie range (and I did).
I can eat fruits and veggies (and I did).
I can go to bed at a reasonable hour....that will be tonight's chore. I've been going to bed at midnight.
I can drink my water. And I did.
And after I ran and walked the treadmill, I walked the mile to work even though I told myself I was really much too tired and should just take the bus (honestly I would have taken the bus if I hadn't missed it).
And even though I was tired and sore, I walked downtown this afternoon and then back, had a meeting at a coffee shop (I drank water).
So 2 miles on the treadmill, 1 mile to work, and another mile downtown and back. So far I've done 202 minutes of exercise this week.
Adding all the calories I ate in the past three days and dividing by three, I am at the top of my calorie range but at least I'm in it :-)
I figure I have burned 216 more calories each day this week than I took in.
The week is almost half over.
I am taking tomorrow off from exercise since today's workout was so difficult. Time for a rest day.
I am making my lunch for tomorrow, and packing my water bottle.
I feel good.
