Stayed on program today with my food choices.
walked 30 min at the mall;
2 back-2-back exercises classes @ the gym;
10 min on bike @ gym;
10 more minutes walking at SAMS to walk, not shop.
1 short 20 min workout @ Sr Ctr.
Working on my budget, a good thing. I'm LOVING IT!
GOD IS SO GOOD!
