I discovered and joined this site several days ago, but I am just now getting around to posting anything. I just finished working a run of 4 twelve hour night shifts in a row and I am feeling sluggish and tired. I have not felt like doing any form of exercise. Prior to working this past weekend, I was succeeding in walking almost every day for the past 2 weeks. I have managed to even lose a couple of pounds. My struggle is trying to get motivated to workout and to eat healthy at night when I am off work and my children have ball practice. It is easier just to go grab a quick bite to eat. Hopefully, I will get past feeling sluggish and go walking this evening. I know a walk will make me feel better.
