April Reset

Okay, I have been deluding myself about how I am doing. My weight has been steadily creeping up since December and I have been ignoring that gain in my tracker. I am coming clean in April. I have changed my tracker to reflect a 9 pound gain. I have also eliminated most of my goals. I am going to focus on two goals. 1. Stay under 1400 calories. 2. Do 30 minutes of cardio 6 days per week. I think this simplification will get me back to basics and hopefully get me headed in the right direction.
