So, I realized that I never posted my "starting" weight and measurements. Well, I REALLY got back on the wagon again on March 24, 2012 (not long ago, I know) and I've been doing really well and have been happy with myself and my decisions since that day because I now know that baby steps are what work for me. Anyway, I had taken my measurements on that day to have as a reference because I want to weigh in weekly and measure in monthly. So, in order to be completely honest with myself (and in case I lose this small scrap sheet of paper this stuff is written on... a likely scenario) here goes my (relatively) current state.

Weight: 190
Calves: LEFT 18", RIGHT 18"
Thighs: LEFT 29", RIGHT 30"
Hips/Butt: 46"
Stomach: 45"
Bust: 43"
Upper Arm: LEFT 15.5", RIGHT 16"
Neck: 15"
Shoulders: 47"

ALSO!! I wanted to share a dressing that I just found out about. It is so freaking good! You know how almost all low- or non-fat ranch dressings have that weird sour flavor to them and they just never live up to what you want them to be? This is the solution!!! It tastes as good as (if not BETTER) than regular full fat dressing. I have found a new staple for my fridge.

I got back on the wagon around the same time as you did, and am starting to pick up steam. I hope you are, too! Thanks for the dressing recommendation. I am always in search of a tasty alternative for my salads to full fat dressings.
