This weather is enough to put a Therapist into a depression. Would a weather forecast like this for Spring make you want to hurt someone? We have been in Spring for a month now and for March we hit record rain-fall. When I do see the Sun, rarely, I feel like dropping to my knees in thanks.

I am an "outside" person. My sport is riding motorcycles. Getting ready to ride in this weather becomes a chore with all the multiple layers of clothes to keep warm. My safety factor goes down by 50%. I like to take long walks, jog...etc.
I NEED SUNSHINE AND LOTS OF IT!!! My Daylight "Happy-Lamp" just is not doing it for me.
