So best way to start my week....... I went to kickboxing and............ I GOT MY YELLOW BELT LAST NIGHT!!!!!!!!
I am super proud of myself! Three months of hard work has paid off... Now I have to work my butt of for the next one! I love kickboxing! I don't feel as helpless and I am a more confident person all around. This has really helped me.
As far as my eating... uh... not so great but yesterday wasn't bad. And today doesn't seem to be as bad either. I went shopping last night for lots of veggies and I got some meat. Tonight I am going to make dinner... Wasn't allowed to last night there was a leak in the kitchen and they are fixing it today so I will be cooking tonight. I did follow the advice I got off of here though and had actually picked up a few lean cuisines at the store so it didn't throw me off that I couldn't make dinner!
I'm really happy to have my boyfriend's son living with us. I love reading books to him and singing kids songs! So much fun! He also comes to kickboxing with us just to watch. I asked him yesterday if he wanted to stay home and play or come with us. He wanted to come with us! One of the employees at the school was really great with him. She played with him. She even let him try a few kicks on the bag and they have fake wood to help the kids learn how to break it and she did that with him as well! I think it's great because he is only 3 and that's too young to put him in the class. The class starts at 4, and me and my boyfriend already said that we are signing him up. He is going to look sooo cute in his uniform!
I will make 1000 fitness minutes this month! If I make any goal it will be this one! My instructor told me that now I am a yellow belt I should be taking double classes on tuesday and thursday! It's going to be hard but that will be 90 minutes in one day! And I will be going to 4 classes a week! Maybe 5 if I take double class on Thursday. Which at this point is my plan.
