When I did the training class at the gym yesterday, the trainer told me not to curse him and call him names when I woke up with sore arms today. I told him if i wake up with sore arms from the workout he gave me, then I'd be singing his praises and generally say that he rocks. See, being sore (different from being in pain due to injury) to me means I had a great workout. So, I'm singing his praises this morning. Gonna take another training class next week so another part of my body can be sore. Hehehehe. I want to do a legs class next, then I'll do a chest and a back class. Then, I'll put all 4 workouts together into one long strength training session and do it twice a week.
