I recently started getting more hungry. I'm not sure why. But the past two months, I was trying to stay on the low end of my nutrition goals. I rarely went over 1,250 calories even though my range was 1,200 to 1,550. Now I feel more like eating into the higher end of my range.
I did recently start exercising every day. I wasn't really exercising until about a month ago, and even then, it wasn't as much as now. I'm guessing the reason I'm getting hungrier is because I'm burning more calories and my body needs more. I will accept this and eat however much I want, as long as it's in my range, and if I continue losing weight, good enough for me.
