OK, I made it through a week. Today was cardio sculpt again with the weights and I did 20 min on the ebike, so 42 mins for today! Yay!
Still doing good with the shakes, too. I'm still not over 1000 calories for today yet... and it's nearly 9 PM. I reckon I'll have my fruit. 2 cups of my fave frozen fruit will do it.
I'm going to limit my blogs on the boot-camp DVD and shakes to once a week. Perhaps with weigh ins and all as well. :)
