My goals for March were:

Weight: Lose 2 pounds
Miles: 50
Wall Push-ups: 500
Fitness Minutes: 1000


My totals for March were:

Weight Lost: 0
Miles: 54
\Wall Push-ups: 100 - oops...forgot about doing these
Fitness Minutes: 1200+

Going to try adding some things for April.

    You did well, loosing pounds isn't everything, but we seem more motivated when the scales move down. Keep up the good work!

    Good goals Deb. Do not give up, tweak them a bit and build on what you have done, not what you have not. Just an idea, you might put up a flash card note somewhere, maybe where you do the wall pushups to remind you to do them. It will help you to form a habit. Keep it up you are so...
