I bought a very nice pkg of chicken thighs @ BJ's
with 24 in the pk.
I cooked up 12 of them and have 9 meals. I use
3-3.4 oz per meal. I have the other 12 cooking
now. This will make LOTS of meal @ 99Cents a
I will chill the broth over night, skim off the fat
and package in baggies for the freezer to use
for rice, etc.
I am making a big pot of iced tea also. Try to stay
ahead so I can keep on program. I'm committed to this
process & it feels great!
WE CAN DO THIS!
The two 64 oz containers of fruit smoothie I made
yesterday is awesome. Had to containers today.
It makes 8 servings between the 2 big bottles.
There are only 81 calories in the glass.
I used: cucumber; tomatoes; spring mix; carrots;
fresh pineapple; fresh mango; apple; blackberry/
blueberry/raspberry mix and fresh strawberries.
Added some diet V8 tropical blend. Sometimes
just before I drink it I add just a bit of Diet
Gingerale; Diet Cranberry Gingerale; or Diet Orange
sodas. Gives it that little bit of kick/bite.
Stayed on program today. Still didn't have my other snack,
we'll see if I do.
