Yesterday was my 7th day. I was full of energy even though I didn't get my full 6 drinks in. My sister suggested we go to Yogli Mogli and get some frozen yogurt. LOL I declined. I drank water all throughout the day and was feeling fine. Since I'm on spring break, I've been taking the time to just rest and not do much else outside of working out. I walked a mile yesterday and did some P90X yoga for about 15 minutes with my brothers and sister. It was a light day.
Today has been full of more activity though. I woke up early to head to the gym and swim 20 laps. I'm really proud of myself because back in January I couldn't complete a full lap without stopping. Today I just kept going straight through. I just switched between the breaststroke and the backstroke when I felt myself getting a little winded. Tomorrow I will do an Aqua Fit class in the morning. If I feel like swimming afterward I will. But I'm definitely shooting for 35 laps on Wednesday and 70 on Friday. That will be a full mile.
I also did Hot Yoga today for the first time since I moved back to Atlanta. The last time I did it in New York about a year ago, I had to sit out for most of the class. Today I rested and drank water when necessary, but I only sat out about 15 minutes.
Tonight my sister is coming over and we are going to go jogging to round out my 3 workouts a day for Monday. I'm phasing out of the fast starting today. I just had an orange (a glorious orange, I might add) but I'm continuing with my lemonade drinks. Tomorrow I will have a lemonade drink in the morning, some fresh squeezed orange juice during the day, and an orange in the afternoon. I will round out the evening with my lemonade drink.
I've been forgetting to take my Smooth Move tea in the evenings so I haven't been releasing as much as I would have liked to the last few days. And I've been a bit gassy, but I'm on it tonight!
Wednesday I will have my last day of lemonade with orange juice, an orange, and a salad in the evening. Thursday I will be back to eating normally, but in more healthy ways.
