I'm hoping to do at least 20 minutes of cardio 6 or 7 days a week. Have done four days in a row so far: Friday 30 minutes of elliptical; Saturday 30 minutes of Leslie Sansone DVD; Sunday 35 minutes of hill walking on treadmill plus 15 minutes of stationary bike; today (Monday) 25 minutes of walking. Would like to do more today but am feeling tired. Will try to go to bed early.
