March was a very busy month for me. I helped with a major fundraising event for my work, it was basically 3 of us who ran the event.
All in all it was not a bad month for my weight loss. I am down a total of 13 pounds! An average of 3.25 pounds per week. I'll take it! Of course I would like it to be more, but at least it is headed in the correct directions. I also know that this is the healthy way to loose the weight. Any faster and I would have a higher chance of gaining it all back....and once it is gone, it will stay GONE!!
Do here is to April and I will work my rear off to keep on the right track! No more getting discouraged and quitting!
Now to boost my weight lost by adding in more exercising!!! UGH, I really hate to exercise! I will DO IT!!!!
