I am about to do workout # 2 of week 2 since I started back on my weight lifting training.
On the last set, I have to work the muscles until" muscle failure".... One time when" failure" is a good thing.
After my last 8 weeks I had callouses on my hands from the weights...,
So since weight lifting (or strength training rather ) seems to be a part of my routine now... I thought it best to get some gloves.
They are PINK!
On Saterday is my next weigh
& measure and that means with calipers.
I lost 2 pounds in the first week.... But I do not expect to lose more.....
Since I am also building muscle.
I will try post the pic of my gloves.... But since I am on my IPhone it may not work......
