This weekend I tried a new cardio workout (well 3!). I tried Bob Harpers "Ultimate Cardio Body which is an hourlong kick butt cardio workout. I workout what I think is average, and this workout was so HARD! I was struggling before we even hit 25% complete. If you have ever tried the biggest loser workouts, this workout is that on steroids. I felt so accomplished when I completed that workout--and sore. My legs were shaking just to stand up! I would reccommend it :) I also started Turbo Fire workouts, and rhythm boxing on my WII Fit. I love those as well. :) Hoping a change in cardio will show some big results on the scale this week!
