I have discovered (or realized is probably more accurate), that I eat really well during the week at work... and then I weigh in and slack off for 2-3 days - only to start is all over again on Monday.
This would explain a lot of why I can't get this last 15 pounds off... I lose 3, gain 1... lose 2, gain 1... Yes, I have lost 3 in March (which is great and I am happy about), but if I hadn't regained those 2-4... I could be that much closer to my goal.
So, this week is all about reflecting and planning for the weekend. I know that I can control my eating during the week - I've proven that to myself. Now, how do I translate that to the weekend??
