run, forrest, run ...

i joined the spark people 5k club ... or 5k challenge ... it is a five weeks training plan to running a 5k ... i'm doing it on the treadmill not the road ... i tried to start today after working with my trainer ... but my daughter had stayed home from school sick so i couldn't stay away long enough ... so i sorta started it to see how it worked ... and, in reality, to figure out how to do intervals on the treadmill .... so tomorrow .. i'll start for real ....

    I did this and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. Because I was hitting the goals of the program I got a HUGE confidence boost and I think that is why I was successful this time.

    Good for you. Running is addictive. Even if you don't love the actually running, you'll love the way it makes you feel mentally and physically.
