Soooo tired!! I'm beat from yesterday.. the running and the bike riding. My legs were SORE this morning! But, I bought that bike with the intention of using it to replace the car on school days. So I rode my bike in to class this morning and home again (about 20 minutes and 2 miles total) and ran my 4 miles as scheduled. I was slower than usual today, but with sore legs and running against the wind for the entire first half, I'm okay with my pace. 48'09" for 4 miles, so a teensy bit slower than a 12 minute mile. Well, I need to run some errands... but after a nap first, I think.
