That is a fact. Three weeks of this and the stubborn pounds are coming off. I read The Happiness Diet and got started. I have been reading samples from several clean eating books and think I will purchase at least one in paper. I may want to copy a recipe for my husband or set the book in front of him. LOL
This is a hoot. It tastes good, I have no cravings, and I feel good.
Last week was only 0.5 pound and I do not project what next week will be like.
I have to exercise Bradley in the pool each day to get his knee better. Then with the pool uncovered, I swim or thread water an hour to make it all worth while. It is doing me great and Bradley is coming along.
You guys, I recommend reading....... a lot until you find something that rings true to you.
I will be wearing those small clothes this year.
