The goal this week is to stay within our calorie range. I almost did it yesterday, 34 calories over, and amazingly, I was not starving. Not sure why sometimes I am ravenous and sometimes not. Actually, I still had too much cal. and I see where I could have cut some out.
I do not think I really needed the sour cream on the potato. It just gets lost, it melts into the potato and then you have to put more on!!!!
Trivia this morning tricked me; I am trying so hard to get 100%. The question was" just adding 15 minutes of walking, not changing anything else would help you lose weight."The answer was no, not yes. I guess the time has to be longer. But at any rate, the question makes me realize I have to get back to my 2 mile walking program, now that the weather is improving.
