To be more specific; hard cider and a decent gluten free beer, moose tracks ice cream, and community pot luck dinners!
It gets out of hand pretty quickly and before you know it, boom there it is, weight gain!
This week I'm focusing on logging in my calories, not cutting back yet, just making myself aware of what I'm puttin' in my pie hole, and then see where I can improve.
Finally acclimated to living at 8650 ft above sea level, I've already had 3 5k runs per week outside which was brilliant! I walk daily and hiking, snowshoeing about once a week in paradise is great. It just my appetite is off the hook!

Anyway, now that we've settled in I've found time to spark again! I'm looking forward to getting some inspiration from my favorite spark peeps!
