April Fitness and Health Goals

Wow, I swear I have been here at SP every day but haven't posted much. I just realized this is my first post for the year of 2012!
My three Fitness and Health Goals for this month are:
1 - Work my abs three times a week. (I have been slacking on this)
2 - Loose a few pounds. I usually use a couple of pounds before vacation.
3 - Eat cleaner. I want to eat less processed cr@p. Less granola bars and chips and sweets. Eat more whole foods.
I have to be in a bathing suit in four weeks.
