April Fitness and Health Goals

Wow, I swear I have been here at SP every day but haven't posted much. I just realized this is my first post for the year of 2012!

My three Fitness and Health Goals for this month are:

1 - Work my abs three times a week. (I have been slacking on this)

2 - Loose a few pounds. I usually use a couple of pounds before vacation.

3 - Eat cleaner. I want to eat less processed cr@p. Less granola bars and chips and sweets. Eat more whole foods.

I have to be in a bathing suit in four weeks.

    You are doing fantastic as you are right now. You are gorgeous and fit.

    If you want more than just that I'd recommend the path that you have already chosen: juice fasting/feasting. Unprecedented in what it offers if you do it right.

    When we have cravings for sweets we need fruit and to carb up. Our bodies NEED carbs.

    When we crave salt, we need greens: green smoothies are absolutely phenominal!
