Wow! How time flies! It is still hard to believe it has been two years already that I have been maintaining my weight loss. I've had some ups and downs, and had to stay vigilant at times, tracking my food daily again until I got back on track. At first, I didn't recognize my own reflection when I caught it out of context. I feel better than ever right now, and am confident that I am going to remain an "XS" for the foreseeable future. I've thrown out / donated all of my big clothes except one pair of reminder jeans (pic on my SparkPage), and feel like I have accepted my new, smaller self as my new normal. I am at the point where I recognize my reflection in store windows again - surely that is a good sign. I'm still gaining more and more confidence about my new & improved body, and continue to challenge myself to reach new goals and to get stronger. I'm pretty sure I will achieve a personal best when I run my second Half-Marathon at the end of April; I feel so strong and confident with my running that, barring an injury, I should run it in under 2 hours. Thanks for helping me to celebrate my 2-year maintenance anniversary, Sparkers!
