Another month, another time to set some goals. This month I want to get down to below 160. I am at 162 according to my TOPS scale. My goals are not big in amounts, but big in changes. I need to change my lifestyle.
My husband has joined me on this journey and it's so much easier now. I normally get up early and exercise, but I've been so tired lately so when I get home at 4, we are going to exercise together. We just got a new treadclimber, plus we have a treadmill so we both will have something to use. we also have WII and like the dance games plus Biggest Loser and Fit Plus ones.
I have about 17 pounds to lose to reach my ultimate goal.
