Hello Spark friends,
I finally did it! I broke 200! After months of a see-saw up and down I have broken my plateau with a vengeance! What did I do?? I didn't starve myself that's for sure. I ate within my calorie range and exercised.The exercise I did was 60 minutes a day for 6-7 days. No momentous changes except that I kept my calcium intake within range. Strangely, that is my secret to success.
This week is also the end of Dr. Oz's transformation nation. It started in Sept with a weigh-in at Weight Watchers and ends with an additional weigh-in this week. I have lost 30 lbs since this started even with my injury and surgery to my right foot. I have seen more plateau's during this period but persistence is definitely key!!! I think the participation just gave me another element of motivation. Hopefully the Weight watchers scale will reflect the same number mine does, if not c'est la vie.
