April 1st, All Fool's Day... but being the 1st... I'm marking it as my "New Year." Starting over. Yes, again. BUT!! The doctor finally figured out what was wrong with me and got me on meds to clear it up (basically: constantly irritated sinuses + exposure to cold virus = misery). My sprained wrist is healed--been healed a while & I've been healthy a few weeks now, but months of relative inactivity is a hard habit to break.
More unintentional experimentation with my sleeping schedule and I have decided I MUST be in bed by 11pm at the absolute latest. 10pm is better. I will miss some TV shows, but I didn't really have TV for a couple years so I can deal with it.
I'm going to talk with the owner of the gym I have membership with and see if I can talk him into a free session with a personal trainer to review my workout plan & make suggestions (I'd say "gym I attend" except obviously I haven't been).
10 minutes exercise a day (minimum)

SLEEP!!!! (in a timely fashion)
Clean house (I just did the spark trivia... people on average burn 50,000 calories a year cleaning house. If nothing else, I'll feel psychologically lighter due to decluttering)
Well, wish me luck! I'm off to run a few errands then hit the gym. Day 1.
