Well I had salad almost every day last week. GO GO GO GO ME! I have noticed my bra band fits better. It's not leaving me feeling like GAH I gotta get this thing off! Before it was digging in all around and leaving marks. But now, it feels just right. :)
And this morning, I put on a pair of underpants that I had been avoiding because of the digging. Blissful comfort today!
So the scale hasn't changed numbers. In fact, I am looking to be up one pound. Not good news for our Biggest Loser contest at school. I way in on Tuesday morning. Last week was the first weigh in. It's $1/lb gain. ouch! I set the rules... well either way, I am still feeling helluva lot better.
I made some poor choices too this week. Been a crazy tiring week. I had a Mcdouble Tue night on my way to a Pitbull concert. I didn't get fries. I got a smoothie instead of iced tea. And I burned it all off at the concert. 4.5 hours on my feet. I figured I got about 2 hours worth of exercise when all was said and done. I had a BLAST!
And then Fri night I had McDonald's. A full meal deal. The fries tasted funny. I didn't enjoy them too much. I won't be getting them again. Not enough water this week but then again, the salad has helped in that area. I've made poor snack night time choices (just trying to make it to bedtime) and then I was out yesterday with my cousin shopping. I got exercise there at least with mall walking and IKEA.
But did I say my clothes feel better? So my bloatiness is going away! YAYAYAYAY
But really? Let me tell you... I question this because ... skin bloat seems to have disappeared. But, my intestinal bloat has gotten a bit worse if you can believe. You'd think that getting better food would help. The poor choices... my body has been used to that so I can only blame that so far. oh right... VEGETABLES... an major increase would cause that right? wouldn't they? I assume this is the truth.
I have been farting something fierce this week and my bathroom visits been my normal twice daily but sometimes thrice! but not that you need to know this... my little deposits haven't gotten better than before. I'm just hoping that's just a detox kinda deal.
Is there light at the end of the tunnel? Anyone else experience this?
