week one of starting over is complete

Most of the week has sbeen a good one, only 1 major slip up.. but just get back on track and keep yourself motivated, put the slip behind you and look ahead and what's done is done... did some extra walking yesterday to make up for the slip up, those darn candy robin eggs. oh well.. lets keep going forward..... two days before weigh in... so stay on top of it and do somemore extra walking or a extra run for the day.... here we go week 1 is done.. week 2 will be even better!!!!!
