Morning was a normal Saturday and the food plan started out fine. In the afternoon, my daughter and grandkids came by - we went out to do a little shopping - and picked up an ice cream on the way home. Oops!
Because I had not had lunch (late breakfast), I had a bowl of soup in mid-afternoon, not too bad a choice - made from leftovers with lots of veggies. That was really all I ate, other than a handful of peanut M&M's. Oops, again! Overall, it wasn't good, but could have been worse.
The good news is that in spite of many slips this week, the weight has stayed the same, maybe a tiny loss.
