Aprils fools! (but not really)

Hi-- its my first official blog entry and its kind of intimidating.

Wanted to post today because this week has the first one in several that i have been back to the gym in a official way. I have been having this weird cough since the beginning of january and kept using it as an excuse not to fully exercise.

Now-- the last weigh in i had was Feb 29. And then this week, i stepped on the scale and voila, 3 kilos gone! I have to say that it was a great motivator, because they have kind of melted off... been trying to eat healthier and not succumb to my nightly binge dinners...

Anyways, im here! and ready to rock and roll! Currently planning a holiday in a month to Cambodia and really looking forward to it! My goal for this month is to loose another 3-4 kilos and feel less stressed about the airplane seat belt not closing!
