Ate too much, too late

Ugh! Have to vent! My food tracker for yesterday was a total embarrassment. I must be trying to gain back every pound I just lost. Why did I eat all that? I totally blew it. I've been doing pretty good with staying focused. I couldn't even burn some of it off, 'cause it was late. Afterwards, l felt bloated, mad as heck, and the pangs of guilt started to set in.

I was pretty busy and didn't make time for eating. Didn't have to cook, so I grabbed a ground turkey patty from the fridge. Then, I went back and heated up another one -- adding .5 ounces of bbq chips. No surprise that I had gone over my calories limit. lt was hard to look down at those numbers.

Much, much better tomorrow!

    Thanks for comments! They really do help. I'm usually slow to recover when I feel I've done something regrettable and will over think it. I will keep it moving. New day, new week!
