Ugh! Have to vent! My food tracker for yesterday was a total embarrassment. I must be trying to gain back every pound I just lost. Why did I eat all that? I totally blew it. I've been doing pretty good with staying focused. I couldn't even burn some of it off, 'cause it was late. Afterwards, l felt bloated, mad as heck, and the pangs of guilt started to set in.
I was pretty busy and didn't make time for eating. Didn't have to cook, so I grabbed a ground turkey patty from the fridge. Then, I went back and heated up another one -- adding .5 ounces of bbq chips. No surprise that I had gone over my calories limit. lt was hard to look down at those numbers.
Much, much better tomorrow!
