Let's see how I did on my first week of keeping track on the below list of goal weekly happenings....
"me" time, - done - massage
my heart time (cardio), yup - 4x
my dog walking time, yup - 2x
my pilates student time, yup - 2x
Solo pilates practice, yup - 1
my pilates teaching time, yup - 3x
my friend/family time, yup - 1x(out)
& some yoga time week - maybe I'll get thus in but running out of time
Overall, pretty good! I'm satisfied, I don't feel like I neglected any areas which has been a concern when my schedule is so insanely on the GO. Also led to a very healthy week in terms of food intake& clean eating. Going for another similar week to come!
