I'm very happy today! I got my workout done and I'm staying on track as far as my calorie intake goes.
Yesterday I thought I would change up my walking routine and divide it up instead of walking all 10,000 steps at a time. Well, my hubby and I walked for about 50 min, which ends up to be about 6,000 steps. Then we were going to walk again in the evening, but that didn't work! We started doing other things and I just didn't feel like getting out in the heat again. I dug out my Leslie Sansone's Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles. I love that DVD! After doing that, my SP fitness gave me the message that I needed to change my fitness goals. So I put my goal at 3,500 calories to burn through cardio a week. Anyway, I'm going to walk for an hour then do the DVD this week along with stretching and weights. I just hope I can stick with it for a week and then I'll change it up again next week.
