I however, have not. the yo-yo again. up and down. it is hard to eat less than 1200 a day.
the sp thingie thinks that I burn 1600 a day. no way. try 1000 a day for metabolism at best. If
I do not work out I will gain on 1200 a day. This is not very interesting to anyone else, but good
for me to write and think about as I think about a cookie etc.
alas my 60th birthday is looming and all I see is 10 lbs that wont go off. bummer
