Just read a very good article from Sparkpeople. I was feeling discouraged because I knew I hadn't done my best this past week. This article reminded me it's not about being perfect, but about small changed over time.
When I did have sweets it was less than half of what I used to have. It doesn't sound like much, but it is a change for the better.
I did loose weight this week and that is progress:) Thank you Lord for this encouragement when I really needed it.
