God Will Lift Me UP

Saturday, March 31, 2012

I'm finally here. I had quite a few medical problems. I still have knee problems but I have to try and move on and not over exert myself. Life is filled with so many ups and downs. I was doing pretty well when I first started Spark People. Now I'm having to start all over again. Taking this weight off isn't easy. Exercising comes pretty natural to me so that won't be the problem. The problem will always be my health because I'm having so many problems with that due to some diseases that I have. Regardless, I have a win win mentality. I must remain like that in order to succeed. I know I'm going to have my ups and downs. Hopefully, more ups then downs this time. Right now I feel really heavy but I figure if I combine strength training and cardio to my resistance training that I've been doing lately, I might see faster results. I have to do this for myself, husband, and children. They deserve their mom back to a healthy size. I'm going to take it one day at a time. Therefore, I won't be overloaded!

All things are possible with God. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart lean not to your own understanding. Acknowledge Him in all your ways and He will direct your path." Proverbs 3:5,6 I'm pulling for you. We can beat this all the way my sparks friend!
