Ah, it's Friday! Today was successful & so much less hectic
for me. I got in 3 straight hours of exercise, including 1/2 hr
@ gym before exercise class; Two back-2-back aerobic classes
(45 min Each); & working out 1/2 hour after classes.
Also took a 20 minute walk this evening.
Stayed in calorie & nutrition range as follows:
. (GOAL 163-213g)
Did a little bit of shopping & took myself out to lunch.
Ate lots of veggies & fruits & some clams.
