Hi Spark Family!!! I miss you!

I started my new job. It's been a full month and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I love everything about it. It's my dream career and my coworkers, my supervisors and the work atmosphere is everything I could have wished for!

With that being said...the depression stage is OVER!!!

I have not eaten very well. I have not excercised at all. I have not signed in to SP as I wanted and I have not thought about having a healthy life since July.

Time to get back on the mission! Therefore, I am starting with a challenge I did for myself back on Jan 1, 2011....Eating Fruits and Veggies Daily Challenge.

This challenge is about building a habit of eating fruits and veggies each day. To start selecting fruits and vegetables as a snack, side dish, main dish or beverage instead of selecting the norm.

This is a challenge to grow into a habit for many years to come. The challenge repeats each month.

Any one with me? I am thinking about posting recipes of my side dishes and smoothies to help me learn what I like to eat most.
