Dear Pizza

Friday, March 30, 2012

Dear Pizza,

I'm sorry to tell you that we can't be friends anymore. I gave you a chance but you just wouldn't agree with me. You were there for me over the years but now I feel that we must part ways. Besides you have a lot more friends than you can handle. You won't miss l'll ole me.

Please be sympathetic to my feelings and change in lifestyle. You have to understand that I am only doing what is best for me.

I am sure that you will continue to be very active in the community and I am also sure that we will continue to travel in the same circles and attend the same parties . However I think it would be best if you just stay on your side of the room and I will stay on mine.

All the best with your travels.

Well, Nate, someone had to do it..... and I'm glad, for your sake, that you are the one to send out the Dear John letter!

I can only imagine how much time and effort has gone into the preparation and selection of "just right" foods for your nutrition plan. Why have a nutritionally unbalanced deal breaker always peaking at your windows, knocking on the door, daring and staring you down?

I like your approach. Post the letter, and let us and everyone else know: The Dear Pizza letter has been written, and the deal is sealed. The previous "up close and personal" with pizza is OVER.

Just love it, just love it!!
