an update

Had a doc's appt today and I heard the usual. You need to loose weight. This time I was able to say I'm actually 11 pds lighter thanks to lifestyle changes. It felt good to talk about my progress. I have a great doctor who was very informative and who took her time and dealt with me. I usually avoid doc appts b/c I don't really want to hear the same ole stuff. I feel so good about it this time. She's cheering on my weightloss as well. Support from all corners is greatly appreciated. I recently ordered some official workout gear. I feel like dressing the part will motivate me more. Old sweat pants and big t-shirts will be no more.

each small step is pushing me closer..........I"m so excited.

    I agree Steve. so I'm down 2 pds I know it's been about 4 weeks or so. I've gotten lazy so I'm thankful for my stability at least.

    I love it!!! Baby stepping your way to a new and healthier you!!! Isn't awesome when the doctor becomes a cheerleader and not a drill critic?! Keep up the positive attitude and the great work!
