I know it's only 3/30 but I'm going to consider these the #'s for April. This info was posted in my SP teams challenge to log this every month. I decided to put it in blog form so I could always keep track of where it was at. :) Happy Friday.
Time one mile (see how long it takes, walking, jogging, running, doesn't matter, it's a start!)
Walking around my neighborhood - it varies from a 21 to 24 min mile
----How many crunches can you do in 1-minute? I can get 30 in. (I start to get ab cramps)
----Take a 'before' picture!! Done
----Measurements (waist, hips, thigh, arm, neck, chest, etc.),
----Pant/Dress size, and more! ___ This varies - In jeans I'm a 22/24. Shirts I am most comfortable in a 3x. I work from home so my daily wardrobe consists of workout pants and baggie T's for comfort.
