My Cholesterol is 179. Yea! That is good, my mom has high has Cholesterol so I'm concerned it might affect me. She was also a heavy drinker and smoker for a lot of her life and now eats an ocean of ice cream monthly so...

Went to Curves day before yesterday. Still on my trial. It was good. I also had a trainer following me from machine to machine helping me so of course it was a great workout!
I am going to make the effort to find a good strength training routine on the Bowflex and try that every other day, see how that goes.

Its already getting bakey hot here in Florida. I took the dog out and it was really hot already so I'm either hitting the treadmill for my Zombies Run! or waiting till after 5 pm, then you have to fight off the mosquitoes or stink of bug spray.

I've got to run some errands, think I will stop at the blood center to donate p
latelets while I'm out also.
Its Friday, hubby is due in tonight. This was the last last last week of working in Miami supposedly, we will see!
