A Numb Bum!

Friday, March 30, 2012

Yesterday Tim & I cleaned our bicycles that have been taking root in the garage for several years. Fortunately they did up well with no perished tyres so we went out for a quick jolly around the village. I'm not so good (& I have to add a bit of a whush) when it comes to balancing on a little saddle with 2 thins tyres for purchase to the secure safety of planet earth!!! So with a wobble & a wiggle I set off down the fortunately quiet road & managed a 10 minute ride, the consequences of which I am feeling now!!! Ouch my bum does hurt some! emoticon

Was out at 0640 hours this morning too-this time on my own but it was so quiet as every sane person is still slumbering or watching TV-at least here they are!!! Anyway must increase the minutes (& the cushioning on my bottom) but at least I've started.

Is anyone following the Primal Blueprint diet? I have type 2 diabetes & the principles of the diet interest me but wonder how it works with my condition. Just wondering if anyone has any personal experience of it.

Anyway must take pooch to vets, so until next time Cheerio! emoticon

This blog just makes me smile. And giggle. I know I can't be the only American that is tickled with your wording. It is so delightful and delicious - truly. "A quick jolly; with a wobble and a wiggle; cheerio." I just love that....

Never heard of Primal blueprint diet, but, just staying within my spark ranges is working wonders for me. Looking forward to hearing more about your jolly rides around the village :)
