As I reflect back on the month of March, I feel successful. I set my exercise goal at 700 minutes for the month and I surpassed it. Didn't make 1000 minutes yet but I'm improving. In my desperation to lose weight and the scale not budging, I bought myself a birthday gift of Nutrisystem. After 1 week I lost 4 pounds. And in that week I had 4 parties. Which brings me to a discovery, I attend way too many parties. I actually turned one down this past week.
The 4 pound weight loss has renewed me. I feel more positive. But I know it is just a drop in the bucket. I'm going ahead and ordering one more month of nutrisystem. I also ordered their meal measure tool kit. I'm also studying the foods in their system and portion sizes. I haven't been hungry on their program and I haven't been snacking.
So Aprils plan: 900 exercise minutes and continue with Nutrisystem. Honestly, by the end of April, I'd like to be down to 140 pounds.
