Don't remember the last date that I blogged but do know that I need to get back on track! I got on the scales this morning and I'm back to being over 200 lbs. (200.2, to be exact). I know what I need to do and I must get off my duff and do it. I must reset my goals, track my food, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and start exercising! I must get back to paying attention to what I eat and be sensible. I wanted to lose another 50 to 60 lbs not go the other way. I will speak to both my daughters and ask them to help keep me on track and push me a little. If I lose 2 lbs a week, that will be 24 lbs lost by the time of our family reunion in July. That would make me about 176lbs, I would be happy with that for the reunion and then I would be happy with 1 lb a week for the rest of it. Okay, then, I have a goal! 176 lbs by July, 2012!
