I'm plugging along. I did my interval run this morning and another 20 minutes of cardio tonight, plus my bootcamp videos (yesterday's and today's). I ate pretty well, had a nice big salad for lunch but I also enjoyed some treats courtesy of the teachers celebrating March birthdays today.
It was cold again today, so I'm kind of happy my run was on the treadmill. I'm looking forward to the weekend and, hopefully, some real relaxation on Sunday.
Goals for tomorrow:
80+ oz water
AM workout: 30-45 minutes cardio and/or toning +boot camp video (lunch)
PM workout: none planned
